Shipping Policies

Product Development & Shipping Time

Depending on the product you order it may take up to 2 to 3 weeks for your unit to be complete and shipped.  Most items are completed in less than 2 weeks.

The reason products require 2 to 3 weeks is because of the time it takes for paint, stain and finisher to cure and pass our quality control screening.

It also takes time for the paint, stain and finisher to cure so that it can be durable enough to be shipped without being easily damaged.

For custom orders that require a redesign it can take up to three weeks before shipping.

IIrnTree is located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We use UPS (United Parcel Service) for shipping most items.

On occasion we will use Fedex, USPS and/or Canada Post if it will cut down on delivery time.

We offer free shipping for all orders within the United States and Canada.

Shipping to residences and business located in the United States or Canada can take up to 4 days after processing time.

Please note, UPS and Fedex have issues delivering to a PO Box, please provide a valid street address.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any Customs and Import taxes that may apply. IIrnTree is not responsible for delays due to Customs.

Return Policies

Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact us within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or are defective.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
